Retrieving info from iPhone?

Hello all, I've got a bit of an emergency, I had a really important document I wrote in the 'notes' on my iPhone and have managed to delete it! I know I'm a fool for not doing it on my pc but there we go, is there anyway to retrieve this information? Was thinking along the lines of the recycle bin on a pc? I'm sure it probably lost forever but if there is a way I would be eternally grateful if someone could help!

Do you use gmail on your phone? I once found my note in my gmail account, under 'all mail' I didn't tell it to go there, it just did!

Is the note synced with your computer?

No it's not I'm afraid, don't use gmail but have checked my other email accounts and it's not ended up there, oh well, I'll get writing again, only this time on the laptop!

Have you synced your iPhone with iTunes since making the Note? If so, see this.

Well, if you have a mac, it should send your notes to mac mail. It has its own little section, and all the notes are sat in there, even if you delete them from the iPad.
