Paypal dispute window?

I won a pair of concert tickets on eBay for a friend, the seller had just informed me that he'll post them as soon as he receives the tickets himself. Which is fair enough, because I bought some for myself and I'm still waiting.

The concerts on the 10th of November, and I'm wondering how long is the window that I could dispute the sale via paypal? I don't really suspect that it will happen, as he as over 400 positive feedback. But just incase..

Do I have a month? 14 days?

It looks like 30 days for paypal, then you can nail them with a credit card chargeback (although they can throw a strop and kick you off ebay for not using their system)

They certainly don't advertise the limit too much!
