Windows 7 & automatically sizing window to halve screen size

I really do like this feature of Windows 7, then a window is dragged to the side of the screen and it makes it half the width. It works great, but I have two screen, so it only works on the outer edges of the screens.

Is there a shortcut to get it to work on any window, anywhere in the screen? Sometimes dragging a window from the half width position on the side of the screen re-sizes it, so it doesn't work.
