Engineer / Resource Scheduling solutions

Can anyone recommend an engineer/resource scheduling solution.

Something that can allocate staff to a job based on their area and skills. Ideally if it can be done based on postcode of customer in relation to engineers home postcode (but not essential).

Either web or server based for around 40 users to allocate 1-2 jobs per user per day.

Weirdly this came up in conversation today, not my area but the company I was talking to used the above.
