Help with system change to make the sound a little wa

Hi,

i have the following hifi system -

Ruark Sceptre speakers
Audiolab 8000A amplifier
Marantz cd-63 mkII ki signiture cd player

I have always had the impression that the system maybe a little bright.
What would be the best way to acheive a warmer sound?
Should i replace one of these items? If so with what?

I'm not looking to buy new.

I was wondering if soemthign like an Arcam alpha 9 amp or soemthing similar woudl help?
