Righto guys,

I've got £400 to spend in Goldsmiths courtesy of Mr Tesco, and I quite like the look of the Victorinox, but can anyone shed any light on the difference between this:
Victorinox Swiss Army Chrono Classic Chrongraph Gents Watch £1395.00
and this:
Victorinox Swiss Army Classic Chronograph Gents Watch £395.00

As far as I can see it's £1000 to have a black dial and black chrono pushers instead of grey / steel - I thought the first one might have been an automatic, but it appears not to be the case!

Oh and if anyone has any recommendations of anything else worthy of consideration... I'd probably be willing to put another £100 toward it, so £500 total budget.

Cheers, CH

I can't see any difference either!? I was about to state that one was quartz and one was automatic, which would explain the massive price difference, but the Victorinox website clearly states both watches are quartz:

http://www.victorinox.com/product/3/300/3001/3108/...

Must be an error in pricing! eek

Yep, it does look suspiciously like an extra 1 has been added...

...wonder if there's an Omega with a '1' mising somewhere on the site? ...you know just to maintain the balance!
