Fingers crossed it does actually get delivered... I could really do with organising my apps a touch! (oh and the unified inbox on the iPad will make my life easier!)

Perhaps the topic title should be changed to iOS 4.2 launched?

Its not just for the iPad, also applies to the iPhone 3G/3GS/4 and the iPod Touch (second, third and fourth generation).

However I can't wait to get it on my iPad, which is starting to feel very dated with iOS 3.2...

And in other news along with this software update 'Find my iPhone' is now free and available on all iOS devices with no MobileMe subscription required! smile

How do you change the topic title, edit just allows text editing? I only have an ipad, wasn't aware it was a upgrade across the range sorry.

Keen to get AirPrint sorted to be honest, like the idea of taking a picture on the iPhone and printing straight away to my printer.

Find my iPhone is a nice thing to have I suppose, although more of a gimmick than actually helpful at finding an exptertly thieved iPhone.

A little thing at the bottom of that press release also says that Apple TV also get an update to 4.1 to enable airplay etc, but how do you upgrade Apple TV? you don't sync' it as such so does it just upgrade itself?

Look forward to it, loads of nice little tweaks for the ipad. Can't actually remember what iPhone updates it has.

I really hope they've overcome the WiFi probs the beta had. Guess we'll know in a very short time smile

Wonder if they've got the alarm sorted? - I'm not sure if it is already.. I'm sure my alarm went off at 6am this morning, rather than 7am but I may have dreamed it hehe

It appears Find My.... is only for iPad/iPhone4 & iPod 4th Gen.

I'm sure a tweak to the N88AP.plist file should sort that.
