Baking help

For the first time ever I made bread rolls with the kids and they turned out not bad so inspired i fancied making other things dough related.

I started with cinnamon rolls/twists but failed to find a decent receipe. Has anyone got one or can anyone suggest something else that is simple to make.

FWIW the cinnamon rolls were dough made with half milk half water, caster sugar, salt, oil. Then i rolled it out once done and smothered with a butter/suger/cinnamon paste with some raisns rolled up and sliced about half inch then laid on baking tray on their sides. Was dead easy
