Yes, we moved to them in the summer as the wife changed her mobile deal.
No problems to report, and the only time she's called them was to sort out callerID as it's not free at that original low cost. This was dealt with efficiently enough.
It was a seamless move from our old ISP (although that was Be*, so technically the same company) and BT.
Even having to pay the extra for caller ID, it has worked out as a cheaper package for phone/broadband/wife's mobile.
