Hi,
I've started to look at redundancy insurance as my last policy expired at the end of Nov, as I knew I was being made redundant I couldn't get a new policy in place to continue after it finished.
However now im looking for something else as I'm working again they all required 12 months continuous employment to allow me to be covered.
So I was wondering if any one knew of anywhere that has a shorter period?

Cheers
Dan

Have you thought if you really need this at all? Its very expensive and it takes some remarkable events to actually be able to claim more than you pay in. It doesn't naturally fall into the low risk high consequence type of thing that you would insure against.

As above. If you can, then put some money away for a "rainy day", like people used to do in the old days.

Have a look through the terms and conditions of the redundancy insurance. It rarely is good value for money.
