Can someone tell me the pros and cons of BVI Companies.

Is there anyway at all of people finding out company records which are based in BVI

It works. Keep company's bank a/c somewhere safe & secure (eg Cyprus), and sweep funds out asap. Low reporting reqiurements, nominees, etc....Layer upon layer of companies and jurisdictions, if you want to sleep well.

Not so sure about Cyprus (the south) since they joined the EU.

All sorts of anti money laundering communications between member states.

Just my 2p.
