Anyone else going to see him on his new tour? I got tickets for Christmas and I can't wait!

I've been a fan since the 'Five' days and saw him a couple of years ago in Liverpool and both my wife and I were blown away. Amazing musician.

We'll be at the Manchester Apollo at the end of February.

I'll be at the London gig. I've also been a fan since the days of Ben Folds Five. They were my biggest influence on me as a drummer. Managed to catch them on the Reinhold Messner tour in 1999. Seen him a few times since then. Awesome performer.

Don't gig very often at all these days, but not seen him since we saw the Five at Leicester Students Union about 15 years ago to the day (I can date it as I remember trudging through the snow to catch a train to Leicester in 96!)... As someone was 19 and had only really seen guitar bands live up until that point, was completely blown away by his talent!

Saw him 3-4 years back, was completely blown away with how good he was live.

I'd just started seeing the future MrsB and we had been to see Franz Ferdinand the week before (not bad, not great) she had never heard any BF before that night and still said it was the best gig of the two.

Didn't know he was touring actually but then I've not been blown away by either of his last two albums (Lonely Avenue, Way to Normal)

He did a great version of Such Great Heights by the postal service, he's definitely a talented pianist.

Yep, got tickets for Glasgow at the end of February.

Can't wait, I've saw him twice before, and he certainly didn't disappoint, hope its the same this time!

Well I went last night and ended up at the front. Best performance I've seen from him (4th time I've seen him). I love the fact he still performs the old Ben Folds Five stuff (did Kate, Army, Mess Underground). He also did a cover of Kesha's Sleazy which was pretty damn funny.

And it was brilliant.

Kate Miller-Heidke is supporting him on this tour, and she came on to do a few tracks with Ben half-way through the set, including a cover of Divine Comedy's 'Songs of Love' which was fantastic.

The Sleazy cover was brilliant too!
