ok players i need a bit of advice....., i can have a choice of 3 remortgage products from my current providers, they all seem decent and they are as follows

2.95% 2 year fixed, fee £199

3.95 5 year fixed, fee £199

2.39 plus base for 2 years, fee £199

anyone got any strong suggestions? I'm torn between the first 2 really....

i'm currenty paying 3.79% but will revert to SVR of 4% in April!

Think about what your financial situation is like and whether it's best to go long term or short term on a deal. It's really down to how much risk you can take. Personally I wouldn't go variable because rates can inly go one way at the moment, when is different matter.

+1 - interest rates are only going to go up - and if they come back down they wont go much below this level...
Unless you see your circumstances are going to change (selling up- thinking of early termination fees here..) in the next few years the stability is good...

Depends on your financial situation but the 5 year fix looks a good option from those 3 to me......
