Blind Photography
Discussion
Being involved with the blind I have nothing but respect for what they do in what would be a visually sighted world.
I guess the ultimate must be photography - a purely 2d environment.
From Guide Dogs Uk this week I've picked up on Pete Eckert whom you can see the background of him on his website. http://www.peteeckert.com/
For those not in the reading mood there's a summary in a short video

An example and I'm sure Pete won't mind me linking to his photo here
It seems Uzu (his guide dog) is a good friend for him.
Good on you Pete.

Amazing stuff, great admiration for people who just get on with things, regardless of circumstances.
I build websites for a living, specialising in website accessibility. It always amazes me when I explain to people what I do; "Blind people use the internet? How do they do that?". Most people must think these guys just sit in a room all day or something.
