Emulsion paints, are Crown/Dulux really better than Leyland?

Searching here and the web it seems Crown and Dulux Trade are popular, Leyland less so. I've painted with Leyland emulsion onto new plaster - 2 coats covered well and it looked very good

Just about to paint newly plastered walls in my house and am curious as to why Dulux/Crown are considered so good. They're a lot pricier, but what's actually worse with Leyland or better with them?

i think laylands is as good as most ,when painting new plaster its best to use a mat finish and thin it for the first coat
