Sounds like a lovely lad. I think maybe he's just misunderstood .

Steven Crossley, speaking in mitigation for Turner, said his client had asked him to apologise to the court and his victims for his behaviour.
He said he had been undergoing a course to address his behaviour as well as taking up meditation.
I do sometimes think that some people do not deserve to be represented in court in order to try and avert blame or lessen the sentence. He said he had been undergoing a course to address his behaviour as well as taking up meditation.

I had the unfortunate 'pleasure' of dealing with the complete tt a couple of years ago.
Incapable of proper grammar, incapable of understanding why CAPS ALL THE TIME MAKE YOU LOOK STOOPID, and referred to himself in the third person, the whole fking time.
Told me what I would sell a vehicle to him for, and told me 'you're lying' when I said no.
Emailed repeatedly and called too, in the end I had to be rather blunt with him.
The highlight though was being told 'SAMBAMAN always gets what he wants and Sambaman is always right'
Once my astonishment had subsided, that is when I impolitely told him to eff off.
SAMBAMAN, I hope you meet a nice 21stone Bear of a man who makes you his bh, do us a favour though when you get out, post the photos on here, there's a good chap.

I had to read that 3 times.
Medication and mediation would have been just as useful...
A few things stun me about this.
The first is that in the daily mail pics he can be seen holding hands with a women. I wonder if thats his mum or his latest victim.
Secondly 18 months.. Jesus. he should be inside for a lot longer for what he put those women through. He has previous as well.
Thirdly (and I have perfectly normaly friends that use the gym so no slander intended) could he have been using steroids or something else to bring this on.

Roid rage would seem to fit the symptoms.
Except 'being a dick' also fits the symptoms. Then again, his character does seem the sort to need to resort to 'roids. It doesn't mean that steroids make you violent though; or that you can't experience similar effects without them. Whenever I've had a particularly dedicated period of lifting (needs to be a month or so) people have commented on 'increased aggression', 'more confidence' etc.
Regardless of any 'enhancements' and their debatable effects, the guy's a bully who will only dominate those who pose no risk or threat towards him. That's a fundamental personality trait. Any of my colleagues on this forum will have no doubt dealt with many a domestic abuser will know the type. Very brave men when abusing women, but not so brave when it comes to them being arrested. A coward of the lowest form.
Well done to the women involved for coming forward and supporting a prosecution through to the end. Often a very hard and stressful thing to do for victims of domestic violence.

Hull Crown Court heard Turner, the owner of VW Relics Ltd in Elvington, became controlling and obsessively jealous about the victims’ former partners soon after starting to see the women, who he met online through a shared interest in cars.
hopefully not our lady Phers I rather foolishly stepped into argument in which he called another Pistonheads members wife ugly, I tried to defend said member but the amount of aggression I received from Sambaman and his fan club was sickening.
It seemed that his these people loved him because they wanted to be seen as online friends with someone with a nice car.
