The guy in the pic is the guy who said "you won't be saying that when he knocks on your door".
Maybe he was joking? Although it seems an odd post to pick on as it's from right at the start of the thread and there's been a lot more since. Tovie hasn't been back to say anything since though so who knows.

Might be best if he didn't. You wouldn't want an appeal to be at risk, should the convicted wish to lodge one. Less info shared by participants at a trial, the better, at least until all appeals,etc are complete?And a character witness I'd just that - a witness to what they saw... They are basing their evidence on their interaction with someone, nothing else... And under oath...

God he'd have to be bonkers to do that. He would be out of the big house and tucked up back in his company director's council bungalow before he even got an appeal date.
