I had the most horrible dream about Keith last night, he turned up at BTaP! Kinky angel Garlic we saying I don't know how he got a ticket he must have bypassed the system!
But I could tell Keith had been in my room and I was running all over trying to escape, trying to eat my dinner - which was spider crab and lobster!

Then I was back in a dental surgery that only had armchairs and I kept rubbing my boobs on the patients head while my dentist was watching! redface

Do we have any therapists in the house frown
Brilliant post. Quoting before you realise how mental it is and delete it.

I have it on good authority that this is the case. I notice that John from Specialist Cars of Malton ( johnnywishbone) is reading/commenting on this thread. Perhaps he can clarify the situation.
Couple of pages back -

We were as shocked and appalled as anyone to read of the actions and subsequent conviction of Keith Turner. Keith was indeed one of our customers and bought and sold several cars through us. We had no idea of his activities and want it to be clear that we condemn his actions in the strongest possible terms.
We hope the victims involved can make a full recovery and wish them all the best for the future. The deal was done with four part exchanges and a small balance done by transfer !

16 months, half it to 8, serve the last 6 months on the tag.

Agreed, but hey drive at 38mph in a 30 zone and serve your sentence over 3 years & pay higher insurance premiums. The system is buggered up.

maybe he's a reformed character rofl

judging by the list of things he got up to he deserved longer than 6 months at here majesty's pleasure

all that dropping the soap in the shower probably made him keep his nose clean

p.s. - hope the thug reads this

hehe

Not quite. Sentences are never halved except by the Daily Mail.

16 month sentence, May 2012. 4 months in a prison. Next 4 months Home Detention Curfew. Next 8 months on licence.

No, maybe not, but to most people the sentence is the part spent in prison, ie being deprived of your liberty.

Perhaps after a bit of prison cuisine his suit will now fit him.

I don't know how different things are in England, but assuming the Scottish system isn't significantly different as far as STPs and HDC is concerned, what I've said is correct. Automatic release at the halfway point, up to 6 months can be served on HDC.

This is England. Your sentence calculation is wrong. It's also obvious from the dates. Sentence in May. Release on HDC in September (I.e. 4 months, not 6 before half way.)
