This is a long story but I will try and break it down a little .....

Firstly we have a couple of social workers who failed to do their jobs properly and took a fathers children away from him because the children's mother requested it, Mother was abusive by the way.

The Father had a court order preventing the paternal mother from contacting the children by any means other than letter but that didn't stop her ! Said mother accused the Father of abuse even though she hadn't seen the children for over seven years. Mother sided with said Social Workers and befriended them, she made them believe that what she said was gospel and that the Father was a beast ! The Father had looked after the Children since they were born and tried his best to bring them up in a stable environment, even after the mother left and disappeared for 7 years with her girlfriend and other partners !!

The divorce happened in 1999 and everything was hunky dory until around 2007, This is when the Mother then got back in contact with the daughter through school and tried to coax her back into her care. Daughter fell into the promises of whatever mother offered and tried to bring her younger brother into these too !

Fast forward to 2008 and Mother had twisted daughter into accusing Father of abusing her (Physical harm as in punches and so on .. ) Mother got involved with two Social workers and befriended them, she made them believe that Father had abused the children and told them about incidents in the past.

Father was arrested by the Police on child abuse charges and questioned about it. He explained what was going on and told them of Mother trying to discredit him but he wasn't listened to ... Accusations were banded about and Social workers took the word of Mother without checking their foundations ! One such accusation was that Father broke Sons arm, there was a record at the Hospital of a broken arm but that was due to Son falling off a bike and Father taking Son to Hospital to sort it out! (Mother accused Father of breaking the arm, all unfounded)

All of this is recorded in what Social Services call the Chronology of the case but they won't release this to any courts or our solicitor !

My Brother had his Children taken away from him after these accusations and was not told where they were, he was not allowed any access for over two weeks and was left uninformed as to where his children were being housed. After many many attempts to find out where his children were we were told we could't have any access !!

To cut a long story short my brother was arrested for breaking his sons arm. This was an injury his son sustained whilst playing rugby in school, backed up by school records and by teachers statements ! I haven't included a lot of goings on and I haven't hidden anything but after months and months of abuse and accusations my brother took his own life because he thought he was going to be imprisoned because of the accusations !

We have made complaints to the local authorities to no avail but also we have uncovered a lot of lies and covering up in transcripts we have. We have solid evidence in black and white but we don't have the hundreds of thousands available to take this further, where the hell can we go from here ??

Anyway without typing all of this up as I would be here all night I was wondering if anyone had any contacts to get this looked into ??

I rather suspect that there may be more than one side to this story. The bit about everyone up to and including the Ombudsman lying sounds like the proverbial "thirteenth stroke of the crazy clock". Why do you mention a Coroner? Who is dead? Coroners only look into deaths.

Anyway, "contacts" are not what you need. You need to consult a lawyer with experience in care proceedings. In a matter as complex as this may be, the internet is not the place to obtain advice.

There is a lot of info to this story but I can mail you a lot of it if you think that we are covering this up as a fantasy conspiracy theory case ?

You must have missed the paragraph where the OP said: "... my brother took his own life ...".

I am sorry to hear this. Sadly I can all too easily believe there is a conspiracy, I know a few lovely people who have been utterly stitched up.

What exactly are you looking to do? I would suggest looking for friendly press first to drum up publicity, and see where that takes you.

Wanted to go down the route of a more credible source really, don't get me wrong we need to get to the bottom of this and if anyone does doubt me then feel free to come and take a look for yourself !

It took me another read to see it as well but breadvan's advice of speaking to a lawyer would appear to be for the best.

I'll type up each avenue we have explored and what we have done tomorrow. We are at the end of out tether ! We have it here in black and white from two court appearances that two social workers have lied to the Police and in Court but we can't seem to do anything about it ....
