Thought you were only allowed one in 3 years?
In the dash for cash Dorset Police have changed the criteria together with raising the speed threshold for attendance. I doubt they have done this alone or without ACPO direction. In Dorset it is:
"Named drivers are only permitted to attend one Driver Awareness course within a twelve month period. If a driver subsequently commits a further offence in a six month period after attending the course, then that offence will be dealt with via the fixed penalty process (fine and penalty points)."

Maybe the rules vary around the country, for Staffordshire the letter says 'To be eligible for this offer you must no have your attendance on another National Speed Awareness course pending or have attended another National Speed Awareness course in the past 3 years.'In Dorset it is:

hat a bizarre road! What's the red lane for?
Aston Expressway.Contraflow at busy times. Effectively a 7 lane road. At morning peak times 4 lanes inbound (using red centre lane). 1 divider lane and 2 lanes outbound. Then reversed at the other end of the day.
All controlled by overhead gantries
50mph is considered "safe" for this setup !!
