Well done OP. Regardless of whether you were guilty or not of the (pretty trivial) initial offense, you have exposed a lying officer and have thus done a positive thing for society. Will there be any details released regarding her punishment?

Can't believe some of you are trying to justify the fabricaiton of evidence based on your own personal prejudices towards the OP :/

What is meant by 'knowingly'? If the client admits the offence he should be advised to seek alternative representation if he wishes to plead not guilty.

There is no need for a lawyer to mislead the Court.
?

You will make a pretty poor lawyer if you don't try to mislead the court in favour of your client. Either that or you will have to have the largest paper bag over your head while working.

You'll appear equally stupid either way.

You would make a pretty poor doctor if you suffer so badly from irrational illogicality.

If you tell a lawyer representing you that you are guilty, he cannot represent you on the basis of a not guilty plea.

If you are guilty, want to plead not guilty and like your lawyer, don't tell them you're guilty.

I'm not so sure ...

It's all about "opinions" with doctors ..... some of which are based on black magic and sorcery.

Irrational, maybe .... but they seem to get away with it ....

Well done Dave,

Your one contribution to this thread was to insinuate a mass prejudice against the OP without looking at his profile or his website.

You are destined for 'great things' in the social services arena - where facts are seldom ever checked. rolleyes

Call me risky, but I sniff a whiff of irony here...
