The linked article simply shows how sad and apathetic this nation had become that when they feel so strongly about an issue, the best thing they think to do is do add their name to a digital list and think that's going to make a difference.

What's wrong with using the e petition along with other campaigning methods? Nobody has said that we should rely on the petition alone. Another method that springs to mind is errr - oh yes, posting something on Pistonheads.

Wrote to your MP. democracy only works if people take part. Nothing worth then fking armchair critics in this country who bh and whine, but do nothing to make their thought known. Your MP works for YOU. write to them!!
