How can you report someone for dangerous driving off a vid?

It is a quiet stretch of road, I often take my kids cycling up there, nice to know we have people like that sharing the road with us.

So how do you go about reporting that to the police? Which stretch of road is it - need to know which force it comes under first I guess!

I don't know if someone should save this 350 hoorse remapped 335D video before it's pulled? The VRM of the other BMW is clearly visible in the video.

Well. I tried and just got a reply from my local force. So it can be done.
Dear Mr P,

Thank you for referring the clip to us.
Unfortunately there are many of these clips circulating on Social Media.
It appears the offences have occurred out of Devon and Cornwall area, but it is difficult to establish where.
I attempted to get the Registration Number from the clip but the 2 I ran through PNC came back as No Trace.
Where Police are able to establish where offences occur and are able to identify offenders we make every attempt to take positive action.
