Door was opened and found a few old filing cabinets down thee but nothing of real interest.

I am a friend of Toms, it saddens me greatly to inform PH that when he confronted his {female } neighbour, she promptly sat on his face and Tom sadly suffocated after much enjoyment.
He will be sadly missed and the collective considers him a great loss.

Sorry for the delay folks!

Outcome isn't that interesting - an hour or so after posting they came back and I asked them politely to gerroff my land. They said they were told by another neighbour that it was a communal space. I made clear to them that it definitely isn't, so hopefully it won't happen again.
