I can respect his decision if that's what he wants.

The certainty of £x and no points, matter closed vs unknown £ in defence costs, day(s) off work, bla bla bla uncertainty.

Unfortunately it's the concept of raising Fear Uncertainty Doubt (henceforth FUD) in the unjustly accused which is relied upon by the knobginas in the speed camera industry/partnerships and terminally incompetent morons like DVLA and other civilianised enforcement operators, eg councils.

Cunch of bunts mainly.

Hi all,

I have a dual liner and it's black with tinted windows so does sometimes look like a panel van, I have the split rear barn door glazed windows, windows on the side too etc. I've never been pulled for driving at 70,70,60 car speeds and I also get charged car rates at the QE2 bridge, for the M6 toll road and the bridge in wales.

Not that it matters but my v5 stats panel van with windows, and was a proper dual liner built by MB as some are panel vans that were converted after being built, not that it should change anything as it's DPV but I mention that incase it's something that appears on the police system?

Might not help, but this is my experience with a dual liner

Personally I would have some respect for the partnership's position, albeit not much respect admittedly, if it were possible to get the vehicle inspected, approved as a dpv, and so registered at DVLA. But you can't they have no such category.
