i heard that if you steal their hat and they haven't got it back or sourced replacement by the end of the day all their tickets for the day will be rescinded due to them not being in full uniform

I went to Devil's Glen, rolled around naked and eat wolf's bane by the light of the full moon, ( nearest the solstice ), my parking ticket did not go away.
