Do the likes of official litter wardens have the right to demand you tell them who you are?

Can you legally walk away and ignore them?

I would image Blair put something in RIPA to make sure you have to on pain of having your first born signed over to Minluv.

I'm not sure if this is the most current legislation on the matter, but I'd be surprised if newer legislation took away the power to provide a name and address, since it's quite a fundamental thing to issue an FPN: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2005/16/sectio...

i heard that if you steal their hat and they haven't got it back or sourced replacement by the end of the day all their tickets for the day will be rescinded due to them not being in full uniform

I went to Devil's Glen, rolled around naked and eat wolf's bane by the light of the full moon, ( nearest the solstice ), my parking ticket did not go away. frown
