Mine is a serious and genuine offer but there are rules about not contacting someone who is represented. Of course, if someone knows the Wojcicki family and is able to pass on my details then that's another thing entirely.
LL, I obtained solicitor Higher Rights a while ago - I did the BVC so it was a relatively painless experience involving a portfolio assessment. In other news, as of today I am practising as a barrister.
Lord Blackguard claims that he obtained higher rights from attending a course at Kaplan Altior (in Cardiff?). I wasn't even aware of this method until I started looking at his background.
Mines serious too. I won't pretend to understand the rules on representation , my comment was purely to suggest progressing your offer. Congrats on the barrister side.

Yeah, about time we had a rise in the bazzer standards round here.
Soov, what ever happened to out law firm/Lithuanian car wash/pole dancing multi disciplinary partnership venture? What say we hire Lord Blacktwadder of Council House to do our marketing?
Hold up, you'd be needing a notary public, surely? Somebody has to 1. Look after the notarisation of sponsorship applications to ensure a steady flow of Lithuanians and 2. Notarise snide ID and company docs to facilitate an offshore bank account. I could probably cut a deal on a yacht too, if it's of interest.Soov, what ever happened to out law firm/Lithuanian car wash/pole dancing multi disciplinary partnership venture? Speaking of dressing-up though, a couple of Notaries Society bods tipped up at the Lord Chancellor's breakfast in 'traditional robes' in order to publicise the profession. Many of my colleagues were not impressed.

@10PS, what kind of law firm DOESN'T have a gobste clerk? I'll need to speak to my partners, but how about a paralegal role? fk knows what a paralegal actually is, but they're bloody everywhere these days.

As well as the stuff mentioned there, many of the academic qualifications listed by Blacker appear questionable. Amongst other things, he claims to have studied at Trinity College, Oxford, but the college denies this.

I think we have turned a corner with this guy. He said, we are told, "My bona fides are beyond any reproach". I think he might be mentally unwell, which makes the whole thing sad, rather than funny. As well as the stuff mentioned there, many of the academic qualifications listed by Blacker appear questionable. I agree.
My experience dealing with those with real titles is that unless the owners find it directly necessary to mention them they don't.
I am friends with a Dr of Zoology, who is a published author, and you wouldn't know he is a Dr even if you scoured Google - it's just irrelevant to his current job and vocation so doesn't need it.
My other experience is my sisters good friend is a Lord. A real one - he's heir to half of Norfolk or something. My sister knew him for more than two years before she discovered his title, and only by chance when she saw paperwork at his house.
On the other hand, I've also dealt with two 'Walter Mitty' type characters. The sad thing is you have to consider what kind of person would want to obtain lots of titles, let alone feel it correct to ask people to use them one after the other to refer to you.
My experience is with such a character is that they don't know when to stop their deceit - a successful lie which is accepted by people around them becomes the foundation for the next 'development' of the story and so on. They just continue in the hope that as the lies get bigger an outsider will feel it less and less likely to doubt the original lie.

Looks like time may be running out for Lord Makesitup:
