is the EU arrest warrant justifiable?

I seem to remember it was Nick Clegg waving the flag for this as a big benefit of being in the EU, and Nigel Farage pointing out how unjust it was...

Our courts can be incompetent and yet they are higher standards than many other courts. So I say no.
