Portaloos put on our car park without permission!

I'd ask each individual shop manager/owner if they have anything to do with them, if they say no, then say "Ok no worries, if they're still there in 24 hours I'll report them as abandoned to the council"

What stops you keeping this simple, drag them off your property and see what happens. They are on your property without your permission...
In my simple way, this. Personally, I'd stick some flyers through the letterboxes of all the businesses that have access to your car park (covers all bases) saying something along the lines of private property, blocking access for bona fide users, etc and if not removed in 24hrs will be removed to wherever. No doubt this will cost you but when chummy bangs on your door demanding to know where his commodes are you can stick the bill for charges in his gaping maw (metaphorically speaking of course). I have no idea of the legalities of this but hey, your land, your property, etc.I'd suggest that you need to look at the deeds that go with your land. Do the deeds state that any of the properties have a right of way to pass over the land? If not, then they *may* have acquired that right (though I am far from a property lawyer!). You need to then take the businesses in question to court to get an injunction against them to prevent them from trespassing, but either way you need to talk to a solicitor who specialises in these matters, and money spent now clarifying your position should aid matters in the long term.
I would also suggest looking into controlling access onto the land - if the carpark is run as pay & display, get barriers with a ticket machine, if the spaces are leased then you could look at barriers with keyfobs.
And as for the portaloos, well unless you can interest the council in flytipping then I suspect legal action against the shop involved would be the only solution. If they have a right of way, it may only be on foot, or it may be via a vehicle. Either way, they wouldn't have the right to remain on that land indefinitely.

Just use them.
Have literally every employee using them to ensure they fill up fast.
Also write to the portapotty company advising them that you withdrawn any presumed right of access to your land and have instated a £1000 entry fee for any member of staff, agent, or subcontractor in their employ.

Why not ask the bloke if they are his (if you are reasonably sure they are) and record his answer. If he ignores or denies it then get them removed. If he then comes back and claims theft you have evidence that you checked with him.
Stick some CCTV in the carpark and stop allowing yourself to be bullied.
Personally I'd play just as dirty as him. I'm sure he values his car as much as you value your vans. I certainly wouldn't have some cretin treat me like that. Just remember he runs a business as much as you - there are things you can do to damage his business. Superglue all the locks and stop him opening, have someone stand outside the shop and ask all his customers if they are the ones seen coming and going from his business place who are parking illegally.

Advocating criminal damage is probably not what the OP wanted to hear.Stick some CCTV in the carpark and stop allowing yourself to be bullied.

Advocating spending a fortune getting court orders and injunctions, only for them to be ignored by someone with no interest in the law isn't either. So I'd say he between a rock and a hard place. However my solution (minus gluing the locks) would probably be more affective.
Very good, in theory you really could write one of those things off with a stick to push the hatch open and a load of expanding foam down the hatch and up and over the hatch and around the flush handle if it has one. Locking those turds in good.
£10 well spent. Obviously only if you were that way inclined.
