Surely the OP should have written a strongly worded letter to the Daily Mail at the outset....

You will notice a chimney on the thunder boxes , if you tip them over, the contents of the tank will run out of the chimney.

Next time they appear, if they happened to fall over with the chimney aimed at his fire exit door...

Bidet cheeky or malicious, it is a potty situation.
I dunny if the person responsible wants to torment you at their convenience?
But I think they are just yanking your chain.
I guess you won't know until they come out the closet.

Pfffffffft.

In un-typical PH fashion, we haven't thrown cans of Red Bull, hammered frozen meat into the tarmac, pooed through the letterbox, thrown fireworks, committed VBRJ, banged his sister, pushed the loos over, used expanding foam, dragged them out of the way with a chain and 4x4, or blocked anyone in using an MX5.

Instead, in keeping with my earlier pleas for both legal and moral behaviour, our lawyers are writing a 'strongly worded letter', especially seen as how we suspect the loos are due to make a reappearance for the next night that is hosted by the shop.

Perhaps if and when the loos come out to play , they might need cleansing. What better than a Sterident tablet in each. Large clouds of nasty smelling fumes, fire brigade get involved along with HSE and queations get asked as to why they were placed there .

If you own the carpark can't you just fence them in (legally) with a bit of Heras fencing hired from speedy or HSS (or similar) if your quick you could have it delivered tomorrow just in time. evil

Who controls the car park? Landlord direct? Through a management co?

It sounds like a short period of a car park management company might be needed? Any vehicles without permits get clamped?

More problematic if the car park is used by customers, but still relatively easy to arrange.

Also 100% illegal (and I mean criminal offence illegal). Keep up at the bank! Privatised clamping is a thing of the past.

A little bit of a Tron style direction change, but what would the repercussions be from effectively stopping a car moving from a private piece of land by parking a car closely. Or in this case, a set of portaloos?

Immobilising some geezer's motah is well crim innit, unless you use a barrier that was already there when the geezer rocked up. More or less. EG: geezer parks in your gated yard without so much as a by your leave. Tough nadgers if you lock up at home time.
