I don't know which I dislike the most precious "homeowners" or scummy LLs and their rough tenants.

As its marginally more the latter. Maybe contact the LLs bank and see if its a residential mortgage he has?
FFS!

Anyway, your mean spirited little plan will fail. Ever heard of data protection?
That's not hard to find out, the mortgage shows up in the land registry and the LL has it listed as HIS address, to me that says it's on a residential mortgage and not a BTL??

If the car proses an environmental hazard .. ie its leaking fluids, then report it to the council and they can take action against the owner to have it removed... that is "if" .. its dropping fluids

Or alternately, get a cheap shed and put it over the top. Then it will be 'artwork' (A shed within a shed)

Sorry.
