If the calls are from the delivery guy then his activity needs to be stopped by either the police or his employer. He holds a position of trust that allows him personal customer details and closer unchallenged access to private addresses. Are his employers likely to knowingly continue that level of risk to customers when they are presented with the text evidence? I think him being sacked is well on the cards.

Apparently that's the second most common answer on PH after MX5.

No I believe it is lower down the list; not sure where exactly but below:

1) MX5
2) Act of Internet hardman as solution to any issue
3) V-Tech kicking in
4) I had one of those but it was sh*t, so I sold it

You forgot to add:

I know you suspect the delivery guy and you may well be right. But you may also be wrong. You have no actual proof.

Contacting his employer could lead to an innocent man getting sacked. Unless you can prove it was him I'd leave that option on the back burner for now.

I'd definitely go with setting up a meet, observing from a distance, if he's not bigger than, you follow him home, then go back a week later and do something hard-man like that you can regall PH with in years to come, which no one will believe because it is so daring and gallant as to be unfathomable, yet those of us what were here wil know you did do it. It needs to be imaginative though, if it's the courier, dress as a courier, deliver a package, turns out to be a horses head?

Ring his number and tell him you have found his mother in a distressed state in (pick your location). Then reset his judgement parameters.... punch

Seriously, just block his number and report him to the courier company; give them his phone number, it will be on his personnel records so they will know it's legit. He's probably done it before, or will do it again to somebody else.

Surely ringing the number and asking what he's playing at would be the sensible thing to do?
