Why should the BiB have to deal with this?

Appears to fit the criteria for Public Order Act:
No doubt they think they are being very funny & clever & if the officer had reacted violently to the man who put his hand inside his jacket to pull something out it would doubtless have been splashed all over the internet as an example of police racism & excessive force.
In the light of recent events I would like to see all 3 of them given immediate custodial sentences. Chances of that happening are zero.
I wonder how long it will be before someone tries a silly trick like that with an armed officer?
