It's taken 22 months of needless heartache but at last they admit their failures.. "it is absolutely clear that the care we delivered for NekrumBaby was substandard and led to his tragic death. The clinical governance arrangements that the Trust had in place at the time of NekrumBaby’s passing not only hampered the Coroner’s investigation but also significantly increased the distress that you and NekrumWife went through."

Now there need's to be accountability..

Oh no it wouldn't. The welfare state does not come close to covering the costs associated with a severe disability. Anyone with children with moderate to severe disabilities will tell you it is a huge financial and emotional cost. They will also tell you it is worth it, but that does not change the fact that the state does not provide what you think it does.
I think it very much depends how much fighting you're prepared to do and where you live (i.e. the local authority you fall in), but in some cases, they do (speaking from experience).
