These gimps have been screwing me around for months concerning registration of my bike and now they've not even answering my letters.

Ultimately yes there is but...

You have to follow the DVLA complaints procedure, including trying to resolve it with their Chief Exec. See first link.

If still not satisfied then you have to meet with your MP and persuade them to refer you and your case to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman. Second link.

You have my heartfelt good wishes to bring these useless wastes of skin to heel.

Thanks, I might have know the simple transparent and efficient process of kicking a quango into shape was difficult, opaque and inefficient.

I'll keep the thread updated...
