Mentalist Lodger issue

Apologies for the delay, I've been non stop and am still alive!
I'd been really busy setting up my business and doing some crazy hours. She used that to her advantage and although she had money to get her hair cut and go out for dinner and generally take the piss she never paid any rent!
Anyway she went out for a meal one sunday and I locked the door.
Left her a note on the door after I'd told her what'd happen if she didn't sort it and putting it in a letter.
She came back and sat in her car on my driveway and waited for an hour or so?
I called the Police and said there's a stray mentalist lady on my driveway, Police asked if she could come in and grab her belongings. I explained it'd be on their head and I'd followed advice I'd read on Pistonheads.
Did the trick, and I made sure to toss a can of red bull in her direction as she drove off!
Never trust people, especially mental ones, always have an agreement, and keep a can of red bull in the fridge just in case.
