M25 SPECS - Between J22 & 21A

I make a regular journey through this section of the M25 and have been for the last 6 months. Never been flashed (apart from the known faulty/in-calibration one on the north bound essex section) I was flashed yesterday evening by the gantry camera on the north bound route, somewhere around here:

There are road-works signs earlier on in this section but no lower-speed limit in force.
