Ex tenant problem

Just had my house decorated six months ago. 3 bed, medium sized house, cost me £600 top to bottom by a professional painter. Maybe she's charging you for her time as well as her purchased goods.

I doubt it very much.

Got the money waiting to pay for it,ive asked for receipts so will wait and see what comes of that.

The reason i thought it was legal aid was she was on housing benefit with a small child i could well be wrong for assuming that
