I don't believe it either. Until someone posts proof of them being done at 34mph, I'm going to call bollocls to every single tale of woe. Even agtlaw who is a motoring specialist has never seen anyone come through his doors with a 34 mph prosecution hanging over them.

Odd that, isn't it. Imagine the enjoyment one of them could have from posting some convincing proof, and yet still none of them has done so.

Is it a bit like why no one has ever demonstrated they have psychic abilities to the satisfaction of scientific scrutiny but they still protest (as do their supporters) that they do?

Not really as I can take or leave people on the internet as it goes.

I'm actually enjoying giving him something to do now, I post....he replies. Granted not much of a spectator sport for anyone reading but SP&L went tits up a long time ago but that's another topic all together.

On my speed awareness course, the (ex-trafpol) instructor said right at the beginning "everyone who does this course has been caught doing at least 36mph". So that would incline me to believe that was the cutoff.
