That Old Chestnut

Four times in the last month I have bid on car parts on eBay and won them at a great price. Only a few hours later to get a message from the seller like

"I was packing it and it fell off a shelf in the garage" which translates as "i listed it too cheap and wanted more"

Obviously I wasn't born yesterday so ask for proof to which the answer was either "I binned it" for a £200 bumper. or "i gave it to the charity shop" for a £100 dash veneer.

eBay obviously do sweet f a about it

So moral of the story is - make sure all your garage shelves are secure.
