I have had two letters from these chancers as well. I'm in Scotland though so different rules.
They are welcome to take me to court to prove their loss, it'd be a great day out. In the meantime I'll continue to give their correspondence the respect it deserves by chucking it in the bin as per the legal advice of a lawyer friend.

Just as it used to be in be in E&W. The PPC needs to establish who the driver is.Absent that, no dice. The Watchdog paper aeroplane continues to fly north of the border.

I drive by here a few times each week, usually 2 G-Whizz's, ECP sign written, and an older Bentley/Spirit with an ECP number plate on it. It's just an idle observation.
