I have had two letters from these chancers as well. I'm in Scotland though so different rules.

They are welcome to take me to court to prove their loss, it'd be a great day out. In the meantime I'll continue to give their correspondence the respect it deserves by chucking it in the bin as per the legal advice of a lawyer friend.

I've written back to two of these 'fines' asking that they swiftly credit and remove the charge. Short and brief.

Sign off letter by popping the following Law qualifications after my name; LL.B (Hons); LLM.

Never heard back from either.

Indeed. No equivalent of PoFA in Scotland.

The Scots don't take prisoners. They won't put up with their legal system being abused.

Just as it used to be in be in E&W. The PPC needs to establish who the driver is.
Absent that, no dice. The Watchdog paper aeroplane continues to fly north of the border.

Anyway, not sure who lives there.....but a useful place to forward your unwanted ECP post & letters.
Not sure why he would have ECP on cars, his main business is a large criminal law firm...

I drive by here a few times each week, usually 2 G-Whizz's, ECP sign written, and an older Bentley/Spirit with an ECP number plate on it. It's just an idle observation.
