Tell the police the guy drove at 34 in a 30 on the way to the bank, just so they take it seriously

So more to add to this. I'm working from home today due to new internet been installed. I put my bin bags out this morning thought nothing of it I have just popped outside and someone has ripped a hole in the side to have a little look of my rubbish. Now for me personally rubbish is not a very exciting thing but for some people that is obviously not the case...

Time to buy a shredder and destroy anything you bin (uncluding junk mail) with your name and address on.

I have been doing that ever since finding some paperwork from my bin neatly folded out on my front lawn.
