I had completely forgotten until now. I don't have the entire amount right now, was just asking how I go about paying some now and the rest on pay day?
Not wanting to be told that I am too poor and I am a burden on tax payers. I pay my own tax, I work full time. I just don't have £200 sat spare right now....
But I bet you have this month's installment on the BM.Not wanting to be told that I am too poor and I am a burden on tax payers. I pay my own tax, I work full time. I just don't have £200 sat spare right now....

Happened within my first 2 years, right at the end of the second year. Had to resit both tests. Doesn't class as a driving ban for insurance purposes (I asked about this)
Seems like your long term memory has been restored! You remembered all that without written posted reminders!Great news all round!

Didn't say I was avoiding paying, just that I can't pay the whole amount right now, was wondering what I do in this situation.
Yes I can afford it monthly, doesn't mean I always keep money? I have a social life, I'm only 20, I go out and enjoy my money.
If I can't pay the whole amount right now, what happens? Can pay it off come next pay day.
Damn, I wish I'd used that when I was handed 80hours community service. If only I had known.Yes I can afford it monthly, doesn't mean I always keep money? I have a social life, I'm only 20, I go out and enjoy my money.

"My Lord, I can't possibly do this community service, I have a social life you know"
Fair play to you I say.
A simple case of not having the money right now simply because you enjoy your life.I'm sure if you had know this was looming, you would have budgeted for it.No harm in asking to see if you may not have to pay, either.I would still be curious now and I'm 44 ha!
Ignore all the old farts

Well how about having a few quiet months and get the debt paid off,if its not paid then your wages will be arrested at source once its in the hands of the sheriff officers they work on a sliding scale, they are not bothered that you go out to enjoy yourself. Best get in contact and get it paid before it escalates.
