The kind of individual who'll call 999 because they spot someone speeding is unlikely to be able to maintain the NSL let alone exceed it tbh.

That channel's most recent upload is a "how to" video about shuffleboard (seriously).

It all fits nicely with the image of the brownly cardiganned old man that popped into my head when I saw the Merc video and read that 999 was called.

To be fair, if the Merc went past my wife at that sort of speed, she would offer an opinion about how many puppies, nuns and kittens were likely to die as a result. Believes that we are all going to die if we travel 1 mph over the arbitrarily set limit.
