I'd take down that print screen if I were you

I'd not fancy the dvla identifying you and trying a retrospective ban?

I just passed my 3year anniversary .... Was on 9 pts for 2.5yrs...now down to 6, dreded your exact scenario !

It's been a swine of a day trying to log on to PH. Because of this, I've only been able to dip in and out and understand the gist of things. Everyone moans about DVLA mucking up but they are pretty good, generally.

So, in order to help the OP, I've forwarded the screen shot and link to this thread to the chap who looks after our Dealer Group queries at DVLA. I'm sure they will fix the problem quickly and reflect your accurate details presently. thumbup

That's sad isn't it?

I'm now going to take the screenshot down which will slightly reduce this threads authenticity and interest for people who might be in a similar situation themselves at some point in the future.

While you may have been joking I have to be prudent.

It's a shame.

Don't worry TVR1 can be a bit 'hormonal' at times. On a now closed car salesmen thread he once made the following threat to someone who dared to critisise some of the nefarious practices of some car salesmen. laugh

I wouldn't be buying anything from some fool who doesn't think I have the ability to buy their commonly available product from one of thousands of outlets and do my research accordingly. You don't decide anything. I do because I'm the one with the money.
Sorry that you feel that way Albert.

In the UK, my product isn't available in 'thousands' of places.

But that doesn't matter.

However, I do have access to a number of databases across a number of manufacturers. Assuming that is your name on your profile, good luck.

'We wish to decline doing business with you' may be a phrase that you will become familiar with.

If your comment really was a joke it backfired.

If your comment in this thread was a joke then I apologise. The same goes for the other thread - sorry!! If that's the case then I'm feeling a bit silly
