Funny thing is all the sentencing guidelines are published on the internet so as AGTLaw says it would raise an eyebrow straight away...

This didn't happen, or if it did then not for speeding. 2nd drink drive offence within 10 years has a mandatory minimum 3 year ban. If someone tells me they once had a three year ban then I'd immediately think repeat drink driver.

Apart from totting up cases, the longest ban I've ever had for speeding is 3 months - for an agreed 142 mph.
One presumes that you mean, "the longest ban that one of my clients has ever had...." wink
