Saw him completely by chance today as he was about to go and have a bash. He clocked my other half coming down the stairs and then walked off. Followed him, saw him get in to the car I was suspicious of the other day and he just sat there. He didn't see me so I called the police and waited for them to arrive.

Arrested at his car today shortly after midday. The police came round with the keys they found on him which, surprise surprise, opened all of our mailboxes.

Bet he gets let off due to lack of evidence.............. or a caution and sent on his way.

Without doubt he'll be out on bail tomorrow.

They're going to "section 18" his house.. Although I'm sure he could give any address.

Unless there are strong grounds to refuse bail then yes, I'd imagine so.

He could give any old address but it not hard to pin the right ones down.

Well done OP. Did you let Royal Mail know, you were pretty certain in the earlier thread that the mail was disappearing before landing at your end.

Brilliant stuff OP. Let's hope they find much evidence of his fraudulent activities, other people's cards fake bank accounts, evidence of living beyond his apparent means. Hopefully he'll go down for a while and then they make a proceeds if crime recovery against the thieving bd!

Don't the keys already mean he can be charged for "going equipped"?

Excellent result though OP, though ridiculous just how much work you've had to put in to get it.
