Thought this was worth a post on here - must have been a terrifying experience for the residents of the property. It can't be very common for criminal gangs to attack a property in this way in what seems to be daylight hours. A fairly serious looking firearm involved as well but at least there's some pretty clear footage of the incident.

Thos wasnt a random burglary. They knew where they were going and were prepared.

They were either working of information that there was something valuable to be had in the house of an inncoent victim or the victim is not so innocent and was targeted beacuse of a 'deal' gone wrong.

Can the police not narrow down the search by checking out the local hair dressers with the visual descriptions?

Seriously though, that's a scary burglary!

I think the householder may be in the same business as the attackers

"The suspects stole two watches and made off in the Porsche and a black Mercedes, police said."

I am thinking that they didn't steal any watches at all, just money/drugs..

I cant work out what happens on the vid. One camera shows the boxster they apparently came in (well 2 of them) but no other car, then on another shot, there is a ruddy great big Porsche in the drive, a cayenne or panamera it seems. But it is not there in the "first" shot.

So was this the car that was nicked, not a merc, or did they come in two porkers and nick a merc too?

I assumed it was 2 different camera shots - the fella beat the life out of the first camera which seemed at a wider angle to include the Porsche 4x4.

The next clip is from Camera 2 which is at a different angle and doesn't include the Porsche 4x4.

May well be the family was targeted for the watches - weve had doorstep robberies of Rolexes when owners have been tailed home then robbed on their driveways

You may notice, I said ' I am thinking' I didn't offer up my opinion as fact.

And I have had a similar thing happen to me, when I used to grow weed..
