It's police and dismissal for Gross Misconduct too I'd wager.
Is chopping a colleague with a meat cleaver really gross misconduct?Well just seen the Anaesthetist . Will be going to surgery in an hour.
Unfortunately this is for real . My family wants the police involved so it seems to be going that way.
The mad thing is the guys wife has just given birth and his other child is under three .
I work long hours so this is the only forum I go on as it bloody well covers everything.
And before anyone suggests . No I'm not gonna hammer sausages in his lawn.
Oh and it's a Restaraunt .

Surely your boss has called in the boys in blue? duty of care and all that.
The boss has just lost one employee to the hospital all day and probably doesn't want to lose another to the police station all day. Got to be thinking about his business! Although it does sound like grievous bodily arm.
